A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles. In the heart of the hotel is Bar Brasserie OCCO. Here, we focus on quality regional products, craftsmanship, and personal service. We welcome our local and international guests in the casual Brasserie, at the Bar, or in our cozy lounge for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee, or a creative cocktail. For Bar Brasserie OCCO, we are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor. You will be part of the Food & Beverage team and report directly to the Restaurant Manager. During breakfast and lunch service, you are the main point of contact on the floor, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You actively participate in the operation, support and guide your colleagues where needed, and help create a warm and personal atmosphere together with the team. From a perfectly crafted cappuccino to a thoughtful gesture at just the right moment: you know how to turn a good breakfast into a memorable start of the day.
