About the RoleEarly risers wanted for our breakfast! Are we looking for you? Are you the perfect addition to this open position? We are looking for a host/hostess. For the 4* hotel, Amrâth Hotel Haarlem, we are seeking a part-time employee to strengthen our breakfast team. As a breakfast staff member, you will be responsible for our guests' breakfast, which is a very important calling card. We are looking for a doer who values quality and service just as much as our guests do. Are you a team player and love being free in the afternoons to plan your own appointments? Then we are looking for you!  Functie-eisen: You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the necessary information. You warmly welcome them, give tips about the main attractions, and offer them a snack in our hotel bar. Meanwhile, you take a call from a guest who wants to book a room for next week. No problem, you take care of it! Thanks to your sales skills, you even convince them to book a more luxurious room. At checkout, you are curious about their experiences and take their luggage so they can enjoy the city a little longer. The guests indicate they want to return soon. That's what it's all about
