Job requirements YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet; - Independently carrying out mise-en-place activities; - Checking ingredients for freshness, shelf life, and quality; - Preparing and/or passing on orders according to recipes; - Receiving and storing delivered goods; - Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines; - Additional tasks may include preparing lunches for meetings and events.
