In this role, you will be the face of our morning service, ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality breakfast experience.Key Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet to a high standard of presentation. - Deliver warm, professional, and engaging guest service from the moment they arrive. - Prepare and replenish food and beverage items throughout the service. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area and kitchen. - Manage stock and supplies, ensuring basic inventory is controlled. - Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. - Proactively address guest needs and resolve any issues or concerns immediately.
