As a Bid Management Trainee, you will be contributing from day one in this winning environment. You will learn how tenders work, how to develop a winning strategy and how to convince clients with distinctive submissions. Along the way, you will work daily alongside experienced bid managers who will guide you through the profession, while you are given the space to develop quickly. You will take on real responsibility, learn fast and discover how to organise complex processes, gather information from colleagues and develop plans that truly make the difference.
