Barista - Agora Café (Groningen) Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests? Agora Café is looking for a new barista to join our growing team. Agora Café is an independent café in the centre of Groningen where quality drinks, international pastries and a relaxed atmosphere come together. We aim to create a place where guests enjoy not only great coffee, but also genuine hospitality. What you'll do • Prepare coffee and espresso-based drinks • Welcome and assist guests • Take orders and serve food and drinks • Keep the bar and café clean and organised • Help create a warm and inviting atmosphere • Work together with the team to ensure smooth daily operations What we're looking for We value attitude just as much as experience. Ideally you • Enjoy working with people • Take initiative and work independently • Have an eye for cleanliness and detail • Stay calm during busy moments • Are reliable and responsible • Are willing to learn and develop Experience as a barista or in hospitality is appreciated, but not essential if you are motivated to learn.
