About Barraca Barraca is the spectacular Rodizio Grill & Bar concept from Claus Group. Rodizio is an authentic Brazilian food concept, where a wide range of meats are prepared on the grill and cut and served at the table by a team of Passadores. In addition, there is unlimited access to the extensive Fresh Market Table and various side dishes served at the table. Job requirements What will you be doing? - Preparing and serving drinks and cocktails; - Greeting guests in a friendly manner at the bar; - Ensuring the bar is neat, clean, and well-organized; - Working together with the waiting staff and kitchen during busy periods; - Contributing to a good flow and positive atmosphere; - Working evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
