You will: - Advise guests on drinks and menu choices, explaining flavors, preparation methods, and pairings. - Assist guests with wine and cocktail selections according to complementary, contrasting, or enhancing taste principles. - Perform tableside preparations and special serving techniques, ensuring every guest experience is memorable. - Support 1–2 colleagues in daily bar operations and smooth service flow. - Work according to HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations.
