Over het werk We are looking for a Bandleader who will take daily responsibility for overseeing the production process of flower bouquets. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 10 employees and ensure that the right people are placed in the right positions. Thanks to your leadership, planning, and organizational skills, production runs efficiently and daily targets are achieved. As a bandleader, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all activities on the production line. You will maintain an overview of operations, guide employees, and ensure that quality and productivity standards are met.
