About the role
Are you looking for a production role in a pharmaceutical environment? Do you enjoy practical, hands-on work and would you like to learn more about working in a clean, structured and international production setting?
For an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician. In this role, you will work as part of the manufacturing team and support different production lines. These lines can be manual, semi-automated or fully automated.
You do not need many years of experience. What matters most is that you are reliable, eager to learn and able to follow instructions carefully. You work accurately, take responsibility for your tasks and communicate clearly with your team and Line Lead.

The role offers:
• A position in an international pharmaceutical company
• Work in a 3-shift schedule
• Hourly rate of €14.99. Shift allowance of 31.1%
• 13th month and a yearly performance bonus

What you will do
As an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, you will support the production process and make sure the work is carried out safely and correctly.
Your tasks include:
• Operating production lines according to clear procedures
• Working on manual, semi-automated and automated production processes
• Following work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Checking your work carefully and keeping the production process running smoothly
• Working together with other operators and the Line Lead
• Reporting issues or deviations when something does not go as planned
• Taking part in shift handovers
• Completing required training on time
• Helping the team improve the way work is done
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable and motivated to learn. Experience in production is helpful, but you do not need to be an expert yet.
You bring:
• MBO level 2 or similar working and thinking level
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experience with procedures or work instructions is a plus
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
• A careful and responsible way of working
• A positive attitude and the motivation to develop yourself
