As assistant store manager you are co-responsible for managing the store and directing your team. It is the ideal start of your career. What will you be doing? As the right hand of the manager you make sure that everything runs smoothly on the shop floor. You give instructions, help solve problems, and offer a listening ear. You will always look beyond your own work, keep an eye on whether the work is done properly, and take corrective action where necessary. Just like the manager, you radiate joy and communicate clearly. You give compliments and make sure everyone has the right knowledge to do his/her job well. You train new team members and support colleagues who are following internal training. You draw the manager's attention to issues and give advice where necessary. In the absence of the manager, you are responsible for the store. You will then be occupied with the purchasing, finances, and scheduling of your team members, among other things. During discussions in the store you have clear input. Who are you? You have experience in an executive role of some kind within Domino's, the hospitality industry, or in Quick Service restaurants.
