What you will do: As Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to person for the team together with the Restaurant Manager. During your shifts, you'll take the lead and ensure everything runs smoothly. You coach, train, and motivate your colleagues—raising both the team and the guest experience to the next level. You'll also work closely with the management team and get the opportunity to take on various back-office tasks behind the scenes. - You'll work with a professional and passionate team in an open and friendly atmosphere; - You'll share responsibility for the quality and service Stadscafe is known for- together, you make the difference for our guests; - Everyday is different: one day you'll be on the floor with guests, the next you'll be handling things behind the scenes. Functie-eisen: About you: - Full-time availability, including weekends; - At least 2 years of relevant experience — for example as a shift leader in the restaurant industry — and ready for the next step; - Fairly flexible in working days and hours within a set schedule; - Wine knowledge is a plus.
