You act as the financial conscience of the organization and work closely with the Finance Manager, Business Controller, your colleagues within Finance, and various other departments Your daily responsibilities include • Processing and reviewing financial data, including journal entries and VAT and ICP filings. • Performing cost control, project control, internal audits, and cashflow planning. • Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and audit files. • Supporting accounts receivable management, including credit limits and contact with the credit insurer. • Identifying discrepancies and actively contributing to process improvements within Finance. • Collaborating constructively with other departments within Neways. This is what you bring to the team • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Economics or Accountancy. • At least 5 years of experience in a financial role. • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of InforCE, ISPnext, Prophix or Coupa is a plus. • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. • Knowledge of IFRS and/or Dutch GAAP. • Good command of Dutch and English. • A proactive, analytical, and accurate work approach combined with strong communication skills.
