Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager Amsterdam O My Bag is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our stores in Amsterdam. You'll support the Store Manager in building a motivated team and delivering a consistently great experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We're growing fast. Our ambition is to open a third store in the Netherlands in the first half of 2027 and a strong foundation in our current stores, the right team, the right standards, the right way of working, is essential to get there. This role plays a direct part in building that foundation. Your main responsibilities - Connect with customers and share the O My Bag story, helping them find their perfect bag through honest, knowledgeable advice. - Support the Store Manager with ordering and stock management, keeping the store organised and ready. - Organise and run in-store activations, pop-ups and events that bring the brand to life. - Train and coach the team and support their personal growth. - Track sales and product performance daily and take initiative when something needs to change: you see it, you own it. - Keep the shop looking its best every day.
