If so, we want to draw your attention to a vacant position for an Assistant Professor in the department of Human Resource Studies. We are particularly keen to recruit an Assistant Professor with expertise in strategic/ macro-level HRM and advanced (quantitative) research techniques. Your position Working as an Assistant Professor in the department will involve further developing your own research activities in line with the department's research programs and in collaboration with members of our department and other TSB departments. More particularly, Assistant Professors are part of one or two research labs and conduct research related to the themes of these lab(s). It also involves coordinating at least one course (financial and economic HRM), teaching in about two additional courses of 6 ECTS in our Bachelor or Master program, mentoring one Bachelor group, and supervising about 10 Bachelor and/or Master theses.
