Description As an Assistant Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the smooth operation of multiple production lines. You set up machines, monitor the progress of the production process, and ensure that everything runs according to established quality and quantity standards. You are vigilant about adhering to safety regulations and respond quickly when adjustments are needed. On an average workday, you monitor production progress, conduct metal detection tests, change packaging materials, and record process data. You guide employees on the shop floor, support onboarding, and coordinate daily tasks. You identify deviations and escalate when necessary.
