We are currently looking for an Assistant Production Leader to support our production standards in Burgerveen. WHAT WILL YOU DO? As an Assistant Production Leader, you will be the "right hand" of the manager and a key link on the production floor: - Process Management: You will support the team in daily work organization, ensuring all processes run smoothly. - Progress Monitoring: Your task will be to monitor results, identify deviations from the norm, and make immediate adjustments. - Motivation & Feedback: You will address employees regarding quality and behavior, providing constructive feedback and encouraging improvement.
