Assistant Operator

Do you want to work as an assistant operator in Breda and learn how production works in a clean pharmaceutical environment? Are you looking for a job where you can earn €3.100,- to €3.500,- gross per month and work in 2, 3 or 5 shifts? As an assistant operator you support different production lines, prepare materials and help keep the work area organised. You do not need to know everything from day one, but your work does matter every shift. Functieomschrijving: As an assistant operator, you support the production lines during your shift. You make sure materials are ready, help with line preparation and keep the workplace clean and structured. In general, your tasks are: - Supporting operators with daily production tasks. - Supplying materials to the production lines. - Helping with line preparation, set-ups and changeovers. - Supporting close-down and cleaning activities. - Carrying out tasks according to clear instructions. - Keeping the workplace safe, clean and organised. - Helping with shift handovers and team coordination. - Supporting different lines and tasks when needed. Functievereisten: This role is mainly about motivation, reliability and wanting to learn. You do not need production experience to get started, but you do need to work carefully and follow instructions.
