Starting from February 2026, this could be your reality. What you'll do - Support daily operational planning across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B). - Help monitor performance indicators - Jump into problem-solving and guest satisfaction initiatives - Assist with coordinating shifts, team communications and meetings. - Take on operational projects to improve efficiency, productivity and guest experience. - Assist with administrative tasks & reporting (think occupancy, feedback, productivity). - Champion the Moxy vibe—help organize team events and boost crew engagement. 🎉 - Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager - …and more depending on your curiosity, guts, and initiative!Why this internship?You'll be right in the middle of the action; working closely with senior operations and hotel teams.
