As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager , you'll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to bring our outlets to life every single day. From the restaurant and bar to room service and events, you'll be hands-on in the operation- The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff, ensuring quality service, leading the team on the floor, setting the tone for service, and ensuring our guests feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. This role is ideal for an experienced F&B professional who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar lead role is highly preferred, as this position requires strong operational insight and confident people management.
