For a modern manufacturing company in Scheemda, we are looking for assembly workers who, together with colleagues, ensure the assembly of sturdy metal carts used by, among others, supermarkets, distribution centers, and postal companies. In this role, it is not about working as fast as possible, but about accuracy and craftsmanship. You understand that a well-assembled product starts with attention to detail. Together with your colleagues, you work on a high-quality end product you can be proud of. What are you going to do? - Assembling and putting together metal parts according to instructions - Building transport carts and roll containers for various customers - Checking parts and finished products for quality - Working with hand tools and assembly materials - Working together with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly Who are we looking for? - You work accurately and have an eye for quality - You are physically fit and have no problem lifting and moving heavier parts - You enjoy working as part of a team and help colleagues where needed - You have a positive work attitude and are reliable - Experience in assembly or production is a plus, but not required What do we offer you? - A full-time job at a modern and growing manufacturing company - Working day shift or a 2-shift schedule - A gross hourly wage of €16.30 - When working in 2 shifts, you receive a shift allowance of 13% - A pleasant working atmosphere with committed colleagues - Prospect of a permanent contract with good performance What do we do at BUZ personeelsdiensten?
