Shift into high gear for your next success and apply today! what we offer • € 19.21 per hour • Fulltime job with a 34% shift allowance • 2 shifts (07:00 - 15:30 & 15:30 - 00:00) • DAF bus service that takes you to the factory • Fun international team • Direct pension from day 1 who are you To start working as an assembly worker at DAF Trucks, you recognize yourself in the following profile: • You speak Dutch or English • You are available 40 hours per week • You are willing to work in Eindhoven • You are available to work in 2 shifts (07:00 to 15:30 and 15:30 to 00:00) • You are physically able to lift parts weighing up to 20 kilos • You have technical work experience or a strong technical aptitude • This is your first job at DAF what will you do As an assembly worker, you will work in the hyper-modern truck factory. The site is enormous, measuring the size of about 125 football fields. You will work within a fixed team of approximately 15 proud colleagues on an automatically controlled assembly line. Together, you will transform a bare chassis or engine block into a complete, ready-to-drive DAF truck. Your tasks will include: • Mounting crucial parts such as the crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, or gearbox. • Installing the engine into the chassis, mounting the tires, and placing the cabin onto the chassis. • Working with various advanced tools and machinery at a dynamic and fast pace. where will you work Working at DAF means working on your engine to the future.
