Assembly Operator (120704001)

For a modern and growing high-tech company in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Foam Assembly Employee who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. As a Foam Assembly Employee, you will be responsible for independently assembling foam parts within the Foam department. You play a key role in ensuring the quality and precision of products used in high-tech applications. You will work under the supervision of the Shift Leader Foam and collaborate closely with your team. Key Responsibilities - Assembling foam parts using tools and/or machines - Working based on technical drawings and specified dimensions - Checking and monitoring product quality and measurements - Correct and safe use of tools and equipment - Operating foam and plastic processing tools (such as heat tools) - Following safety instructions and using personal protective equipment (PPE) - VMBO+ working and thinking level - Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings - Accurate and quality-oriented working style - Team player with a proactive attitude - Comfortable working with tools and light machinery
