Assembly Mechanic

As an Assembly Mechanic you are the driving force behind the production of our machines. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for carrying out all common assembly work on our machines. . As an Assembly Mechanic you can be in one of our main lines or at pre-assembly where you are assembling the frames. Start your challenge with us in a day shift, where you will get the chance to settle in and become familiar with our processes. After this period, it's possible you will move to our flexible two-shift system. This offers you the unique opportunity to alternate your working weeks between early shifts (6:00 - 14:15) and late shifts (14:00 - 22:45). This variation not only makes for a dynamic working environment, but also provides opportunities to balance your private and professional life! In concrete terms: • You are responsible for assembling parts into semi-finished and finished products, using the instructions on the PIP system. • You check your own work and that of others and ensure correct registration of work. • You report deviations in the assembly process and quality of materials, and identify expected stock shortages. • You work safely in accordance with the guidelines and 5S and Lean principles. • In consultation with the Team Leader, you carry out repair and recovery work.
