As an Assembly Mechanic you are the driving force behind the production of our machines. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for carrying out all common assembly work on our machines.
. As an Assembly Mechanic you can be in one of our main lines or at pre-assembly where you are assembling the frames.
Start your challenge with us in a day shift, where you will get the chance to settle in and become familiar with our processes. After this period, it's possible you will move to our flexible two-shift system. This offers you the unique opportunity to alternate your working weeks between early shifts (6:00 - 14:15) and late shifts (14:00 - 22:45). This variation not only makes for a dynamic working environment, but also provides opportunities to balance your private and professional life!
In concrete terms:
• You are responsible for assembling parts into semi-finished and finished products, using the instructions on the PIP system.
• You check your own work and that of others and ensure correct registration of work.
• You report deviations in the assembly process and quality of materials, and identify expected stock shortages.
• You work safely in accordance with the guidelines and 5S and Lean principles.
• In consultation with the Team Leader, you carry out repair and recovery work.
