As an Allround Assembly Employee, you will work together with your team to assemble high-quality (sub)systems for the aerospace industry. In a clean and climate-controlled environment, you won't just build new systems; you'll also be responsible for maintaining, disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and testing existing systems. Your application will therefore be automatically forwarded to Junice Mauriks. ACTIVITIES You will assemble various high-quality materials, including magnesium, aluminum, and titanium. You'll also work with (sub)systems of varying sizes-ranging from as small as a shoe sole to as heavy as 35 kilograms. To support your tasks, you'll have access to various tools, such as assembly poles and lifting aids. At Aeronamic, you won't be working on large production runs. Typically, you'll assemble one to two systems per day. For the more complex (sub)systems, assembly can take about a full day. Smaller (sub)systems usually take around 4.5 hours. There are also repetitive products that you may be assigned to assemble. You will also be involved in: • Working according to established work instructions to meet quality requirements • Performing pressure tests, leak tests, and vibration tests • Sealing, soldering, and carrying out various measurements, such as CMM measurements WHAT WE OFFER You will join our military assembly department, strengthening the current team of about 20 colleagues. Together with this motivated team, you'll deliver a flawless end product! You'll ensure that the final product meets all specified requirements. Aeronamic is known for its excellent employment conditions, even better than those outlined in the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement, and offers great extras!
