We are looking for an Artistic Assistant to the Artistic Director 36-40 hours per week With ambitious plans for international expansion and collaborations with renowned partners, we are embarking on a new phase. About the position You will be Nanine Linning's direct artistic right-hand person and will work at the heart of the artistic process on a daily basis. You will navigate between creation, dramaturgy, artistic planning, national and international collaborations, visual development and artistic positioning. In doing so, you will act as a substantive sparring partner and a connecting link between artistic projects and the organisation. The Artistic Director has ultimate responsibility for the company's artistic direction. In this role, you will assist in preparing, structuring and translating artistic processes and ideas, both within the organisation and in collaborations with external artists and partners. What will you be doing?
