You will play a key role in helping customers maximize the performance of their equipment while building long-term relationships and supporting business growth.  Whether you are an experienced Field Service Engineer or an early-career technical professional looking to grow into a specialist role, Nordson offers extensive training, development, and career opportunities within a global organization.  As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.  Role and Responsibilities  - Provide technical support and application expertise to customers across the EMEA region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system performance.  - Conduct equipment audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations that help customers optimize their manufacturing processes.  - Install, commission, and support industrial coating and dispensing systems at customer locations.  - Deliver technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams to ensure effective use and maintenance of equipment.  - Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted technical advisor.  - Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and service improvements.  - Plan customer visits efficiently
