Companies Events CLiQ Application Lab-Chemist • Groningen • CLiQ Apply at CLiQ Posted on May 14, 2026 Quickly to: Logo Noordtalent Gradient Apply at CLiQ As part of the application team, you test new and existing CLiQ products for their performance in end products such as coatings, inks, adhesives, and construction materials. You investigate the effect of our additives on properties including viscosity, rheology, colour acceptance, stability, gloss, drying, and foam formation. Alongside working with existing reference formulations, you follow developments in the industry and develop new test formulations. You carry out tests both for CLiQ customers and for new products coming from our R&D department, and you support Quality Control in investigating deviations. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Chemistry or a related field, combined with several years of experience in testing and formulation within coatings, inks, construction technology, or a related industry. You are analytically strong, think out of the box, and take ownership of your work. You combine accuracy with independence, and you are just as comfortable in the lab as presenting results to a group. You keep your workspace and reports well organised and feel at home in an international, dynamic environment. In our small, close-knit team, a positive attitude and good communication matter. You get your point across clearly, both in writing and in conversation. Proficiency in English is required; Dutch is a plus. Sound like you?
