TERMS AND CONDITIONS MOTHERSDAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Mother's Day of Euromast Horeca B.V. in Rotterdam 2025 - You are purchasing a ticket for: - Mother's Day brunch at €45 per person aged 12 and over, and €24.50 per person aged 4 to 11. - Mother's Day High Tea at €39.50 per person aged 12 and over, and €24.50 per person aged 4 to 11. - Each reservation will be seated at one table (maximum 13 people per reservation). - Arrival times: - Mother's Day brunch: can be reserved at any quarter-hour between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. The package lasts 1.5 hours. - Mother's Day High Tea: can be reserved at any quarter-hour between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM. The package lasts 1.5 hours. - Please note: A window table is not guaranteed - all tables in our brasserie offer a beautiful view. We will make a restaurant layout in the brasserie on the day. - Cancellation: - Free cancellation is possible in writing up to and including 2 weeks prior. You can cancel free of charge until Sunday, April 27, 2025 . Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. - For cancellations within 2 weeks of your reservation date up to 2 days prior, we will charge 50% of the package price. Your partial refund will be processed within 2 weeks. - For a no show or cancellation 2 days (or less) prior to your reservation, we will charge 100% of the total cost.
