What are you going to do? As a technical operator, you make sure the production runs smoothly. You keep an overview, adjust when needed, and work together with your team to achieve the best result. In this production environment, you are essential. It is a permanent job, in a 3-shift schedule. - You operate and check machines in the production; - You solve small malfunctions yourself and act quickly in case of bigger issues; - You adjust machines for new production orders; - You monitor quality and safety during the process; - You actively think about improvements in production; - You work together with fellow operators and the technical department; - You work in a 3-shift system.
