As an Allround Finance Employee at Caldic Techniek, you make sure our financial administration is spot on. From invoices and tax returns to closings and reports: you keep the overview, spot discrepancies, and make sure your colleagues can trust the numbers. You'll work in a small finance team within a stable technical trading organization in Rotterdam. No bureaucratic, corporate structure, but short lines, plenty of autonomy, and work where you directly see the results. What will you do? You'll take on a broad financial role. Rather than a single slice of administration, you'll cover the full breadth of the work. That means you'll know what's going on and can increasingly contribute ideas on numbers, processes, and improvements. In practice, you'll handle day-to-day financial administration, accounts payable and receivable, VAT returns, monthly and annual closings, and preparing reports. You'll check figures, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and the accountant. You'll also help think about how things can be done smarter. Caldic Techniek works with tools including Power BI and Copilot, and this autumn we're implementing Business Central. So there's plenty of room to further digitize processes and improve reporting.
