Join Nike EHQ as an Allocator, Nike Value Stores EMEA and play a critical role in driving product availability, inventory productivity, and commercial performance across Nike Value Stores in Europe. In this dynamic retail planning role, you will be responsible for managing allocation, replenishment, and demand planning activities to ensure the right products are available in the right stores, at the right time, and in the right quantities. Partnering closely with Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Supply Chain, and Store teams, you will translate seasonal strategies and business insights into actionable allocation decisions that maximize sales, optimize inventory, and elevate the consumer experience. This is a temporary assignment running until 30 April 2027. What are you going to do? - Own allocation and replenishment decisions using sales, inventory, and store performance data to optimize product availability and drive commercial results. - Set, review, and reconcile demand plans, including assortments, product flow, allocations, and SKU productivity to maximize revenue and minimize closeout inventory. - Lead demand management activities by monitoring forecasts, communicating purchase positions, analyzing forecast variances, and resolving inventory-related challenges. - Drive demand and delivery performance analysis, monitoring inventory and delivery KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve business performance and operational efficiency. - Partner closely with Merchandising and Assortment Planning teams to execute seasonal strategies and bring product stories to life across Nike Value Stores. - Prepare and present allocation strategies during seasonal kick-offs, trade meetings, and cross-functional reviews, influencing decisions through data and insights. - Continuously improve planning processes, reporting capabilities, tools, and ways of working to drive operational excellence and better business outcomes.
