Examples of your responsibilities include: - Running a smooth day-to-day operations within the front office and helping our housekeeping heroes whenever it is needed. - Reception duties like check –in and –out guests, assisting with guest requests via phone/email and recommending the hidden gems of Amsterdam in order for our guests to get the full experience during their stay. - Administrative tasks such as reservations and payments. - Checking and maintaining together with our housekeeping heroes the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
