The challenge We are developing rapidly and are looking for a professional for a financial position with an ICT component. In addition to your primary role in Finance & Control, you are responsible for the further financial automation and digitalization. In addition, you optimize business processes and you strengthen internal control. Main Responsibilities - Financial contact person: You are responsible for all financial business and control, including payments, invoicing of assignments, time reporting and the general financial administration. - Strategic sparring partner: You act as the point of contact for the accountant. and proactively collaborates with the management on optimizing efficiency and business operations. - Digitalization & Process Optimization: You take the lead in the financial digitalization. An essential part of this is the full integration of Exact Globe with our other systems. - Internal Communication: You liaise closely with the Sales and Service departments to to ensure smooth invoicing and time reporting.
