In this role, you'll be based at Designer Outlet Roermond , where you'll be responsible for performing various maintenance and facilities management tasks. At SRBA Facility Management, you'll primarily work for regular clients with whom we have long-term (structural/technical) maintenance contracts. Job Description As an All-Around Handyman , you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and management tasks. Your duties will include, among other things: • Maintenance and Management of Water/Energy Systems • Construction work • Repairs to technical and structural systems • Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues You play a key role for our clients and ensure that they have everything taken care of. In this role, you'll monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and the budget. You'll have a great deal of freedom to carry out your work-either independently or in collaboration with colleagues. In addition, you will contribute to a safe work environment, effective planning, and the quality of all work performed.
