Our client is looking for an Aftersales Operations and Pricing Specialist (Payroll or Freelancer) who is immediately available to start a 6-month project + potential for extension.
You bring 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within OEM aftersales, Ev compliance or Strategic aftersales functions.

Description
• Support the development and rollout of service and maintenance packages, prepaid service plans, and other aftersales programs across European markets.
• Drive aftersales profitability initiatives by identifying opportunities within service, warranty, accessories, and roadside assistance offerings.
• Support the pricing, analysis, and ongoing management of spare parts, accessories, and merchandise across Europe.
• Monitor pricing accuracy, margins, logistics costs, and market competitiveness, providing recommendations to improve profitability.
• Assist in developing and implementing standardized aftersales processes and best practices across dealer networks and National Sales Companies (NSCs).
• Support the enhancement of service-related digital tools and platforms, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Analyze aftersales performance across markets, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and internal stakeholders to improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Coordinate translation, localization, and distribution processes for user manuals and in-vehicle documentation across European markets.
• Prepare pricing reports, performance analyses, and management presentations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate parts pricing data, customs classifications (HS codes), and support invoicing-related processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for aftersales operations, helping ensure consistent service standards and customer experiences across Europe.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Warranty, Accessories, Logistics, IT, Product, and Regional Market organizations to support aftersales strategy and execution.
Profile
• Immediately available for 32 - 40 hours/week.
• Can commute to Amsterdam at least 2-3 times per week.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within OEM aftersales, Ev compliance or Strategic aftersales functions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term aftersales and parts strategy development.
Job Offer
• Contract for 6 months, with a possibility of extension
• Work week of 32 to 40 hours
• Salary between €3000 and €4000 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on experience
• Competitive rate for freelancers to be agreed based on experience
