Administrative assistant Type: Fulltime Locatie: Urk About the role For our daily operations, we are looking for a full-time administrative assistant. In this role, you work in a dynamic environment where pace, accuracy and keeping an overview are important. You support clients and colleagues with the correct handling of customs processes and gradually grow into the profession. What you will do On a daily basis, you will be involved in submitting import and export declarations and preparing origin documents. You work together with colleagues who specialise in customs services and who will guide you in the work. What you bring You work accurately and remain calm when things get busy. A 9-to-5 mentality is less suited to this role. Experience with Word and Excel is useful, but not required. School leavers with an MBO qualification at level 3 or 4 are also welcome to apply.
