You will be on the road frequently, visiting clients, recruiting new dealers, introducing brands, identifying market opportunities, and advising on optimal store presentation. You will work independently and have a great deal of freedom to manage your own schedule. We are seeking an Account Manager with at least 5 years of field sales experience, a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus). We are growing rapidly and continuously expanding our activities within the Home & Living, caravan, camper, and outdoor sectors. Your duties will include: Acquiring new customers. Further growing existing customers. Introducing new brands and collections. Advising dealers on store presentation and product placement. Identifying market developments. Visiting customers in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad. Representing ARC Marine at (international) trade fairs. Working closely with your colleagues in Lelystad. Who are you? You are entrepreneurial, independent, and commercially minded. You see opportunities and do not wait passively. Furthermore, you possess: At least 5 years of experience in a commercial field sales position. Excellent communication skills. A professional and energetic demeanor. Good command of Dutch and English. German is a plus. Affinity with Microsoft Office and social media. Willingness to travel internationally occasionally. Category B driver's license.
