You combine hands-on accounting and tax responsibilities with coordinating and developing a small local team. This role offers real ownership, international exposure and the opportunity to build structures rather than simply maintain them. Client Details The organisation is a Dutch-based producer and exporter operating in an international retail and FMCG environment, with fresh produce as its core business. From multiple locations in the southern Netherlands, activities include cultivation, sourcing, packaging and export to large retail customers across Europe and selected international markets. The Dutch business is part of a larger international group, active globally in production and sales. The local entity generates approximately €20 million in revenue, and a clear growth ambition towards €30 million+ in the coming years. The workplace is located on a production site and has a small-scale, informal and personal culture. Lines are short, responsibilities are clear and people work closely together. The finance team in the Netherlands collaborates intensively with international colleagues in Southern Europe across accounting, tax, FP&A and reporting.
