As Accounting Manager, you work closely with the Head of Group Accounting and play a key role within the accounting and control framework. You are responsible for day-to-day general ledger activities, accurate financial processing, and timely reporting across multiple entities. At the same time, you contribute to improving processes and further professionalizing the finance function within a rapidly evolving, international organization. In this role, you operate at the intersection of accounting, reporting, and business support, with the opportunity to make processes more efficient, structured, and future-proof. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for lead, coordinate and develop a team of four finance professionals with general ledger activities and accurate financial processing; • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain GL accounts; • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes across multiple entities; • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; • Prepare management reports and perform ad hoc financial analyses; • Monitor open positions, non-billed items, and receivables; • Strengthen internal controls and contribute to compliance processes; • Prepare audit documentation and support internal and external audits; • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process and system optimization; Your Profile • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; • Minimum of 4 years...
