Aheco Webshop Account Manager Company Profile Aheco African Food & Cosmetics is an importer and distributor of African foods and cosmetics for specialty African stores and wholesalers throughout Europe. It is an informal family business with approximately 25 employees, located in Zeewolde. Products are sourced worldwide and produced under our own brand names in countries including Africa, Latin America, and Asia. We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson for our company, both in-house and in the field. Your Role: • Handling requests and orders received by telephone, online store, and email. Handling complaints by phone • Creating quotes • Making appointments with external carriers • Assisting customers who visit the company • Customer visits after a certain period Your profile • Strong business acumen • Willingness to work variable hours • Flexible team player who feels at home in a hectic environment • Fluent English is a must; French and German are a plus • Good social and communication skills, both spoken and written • A positive and customer-focused attitude • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position • Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level What we offer • An informal work environment where initiative is valued. • Competitive compensation with an initial temporary contract.
