Alongside account management, you play a role in field management: you stay connected with the interim professionals who are working at your clients through Hero. What will you do? - Building and maintaining client relationships with clients in the Alkmaar region - Translating client needs into the right professionals, together with your recruitment team - Field management: maintaining active contact with interim professionals at client sites - Spotting commercial opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships - Negotiating contracts, rates and terms - Contributing to Hero's ambition to become the largest, finest and best company in the flexible staffing market Who are you? - At least 3 years of experience as an account manager in staffing or recruitment - HBO level of thinking and working - Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Alkmaar - Strong in relationshi...
