About the P&O department The P&O department executes the strategy so that Ampelmann attracts, develops, and retains the best "Amployees". We have an international work environment with 10 local offices with on- and offshore personnel. This leads to a divers and complex workforce. P&O is responsible for the for following functional areas: Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Global Mobility, Absenteeism, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Engagement, (Employment-) Contracting and (People-) Administration for both on- and offshore personnel.
